Gold Hill Airpark is one of the more popular airpark communities in NC. Residents there claim that NC25 is the friendliest airpark community in the state. You will not find better aviation camaraderie at any other airpark. Two IA/A&P mechanics live on the field. Lots in Ph1 have access to the community septic and all lots have access to public water. HOA dues vary depending on owners use of the lot but yearly dues usually fall within the $1600-$1700 range. NC25 has a 3,000' paved & lighted runway with VASI. Management of the airpark is exceptional. Membership in the HOA is by choice but HOA dues are mandatory. Only members can vote. Lot 39 is a recombination of Lots 39&40 for tax purposes and the two lots are considered to be one lot by the HOA. Lot 39 has a water drainage issue that needs to be resolved by the buyer. But the location between the runway and Old Beatty Ford Rd is ideal. Lot 39 is a runway lot that is fairly level with the runway. This lot is a recombination of two lots
